Exchange/Refund/Return
Policy:
We want you to be
completely happy with your order!
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely
return of new, unaltered, unworn merchandise. Returned merchandise should
include the vendor packaging, dust bags, and ATTACHED tags and be in the same
condition as when it was delivered to you. We can only accept returns that are
in resalable condition. Thus, we recommend only trying shoes on in a carpeted
area for a very limited time. Used merchandise CANNOT be returned.
We accept returns for
exchange or refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole
discretion after 14 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit
only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
without showing signs of wear or damage in any
way
return shipment includes all vendor packaging:
boxes, dust bags, designer authentication cards, etc.
tags are ATTACHED to the item
within 14 calendar days of the delivery date
(after 14 days no returns are allowed for refund, only exchange or store
credit)
must not be a special order or a custom order
unless noted that it cannot be returned or has
a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted
in that item's particular item description
If the returned item fits the condition above, please contact Customer Service
at lovenotes@shoecrush.com and they will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization #
(RMA) so you can ship the item back. You will receive a refund on the original purchaser card 7-10
days from the time that we receive the products back in our warehouse.
When packaging the returned item, you must:
include the original sales receipt
CLEARLY write the RMA with a permanent marker on the outside of
the shipping box
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of
item(s) once we receive it. And you will be charged a $5 - $10 restocking fee.

Exchange
If you would like to
exchange the item for a different one, there are two different options. The
option we recommend is to simply place a new order for the desired item and
return the original merchandise to us. We will credit your card as soon as it
arrives. The other option is to write the shoe you wish to exchange for on the
invoice included with your return. Because of the time involved in shipping and
processing your return, we recommend the first option to ensure the item you
want is available. Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns they
must be within 14 days of the purchase date, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied
by all original packaging.
Defective
Items/Incorrectly Shipped Items
If an item is received
damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support
immediately (within 7 days of receipt). Items that are defective and shipped
from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for
store credit or refund.
